Price of fabric given to me by a friend...$0.00...
Cost of materials to complete the project...$10.00...
Liking my couches again...priceless!
I was given this fabric, which was actually two curtains which used to hang in the Ogden Temple. There were some dirt stains on one of them that I had to work around, but it was totally worth it to have such pretty fabric and add some life to couches that I have really come to hate! It took two days of a total disaster in my living room, but JT was out of town and I was able to surprise him with "new" furniture when he got home...and he LOVED them! :)

You are so amazingly talented! I am very impressed!
They look great! I agree they are so much better than the old ones. So creative.
They look fantastic, and two days is amazing! I think that you have used summer break so fantastically. I wish I could say the same. There's still 3 weeks :)
Wow! Looks like my favorite couches from Pottery Barn! Way to go. What alooot of work you did in just two days. Amazing!
I'll let you use my dryer this week if you teach me how to recover furniture.... well- you can use my dryer either way. ;)
Those couches look great! I am surprised they are the same couches! Amazing!
They look great! Good job. I think it is one of the most satisfying things to turn something you hate into something you love.
