Craft-fest

I decided it would be fun to help Bri make valentines for her class this year. I found a website that showed how to make colorful shaped crayons out of all the old broken crayons that have been hanging around far too long. It was a really fun project. She is going to stick them to a heart shaped paper and write on it. (You basically cut up the crayons, put them into a pan and melt them for 10 to 15 minutes at 250 degrees...super easy!)

I was also inspired by Marf, who knits dishcloths. I don't know how to knit but I found some fun patterns to crochet. They are fun to make and I love using them!

The crayons are awesome! I may be doing something like that with my kids sometime. They always want to do some craft.
